Congratulations

To Aaron Taylor (Year 10, Bentleigh Campus) who was selected to play in the football game recently before the Collingwood vs St Kilda match.

Aaron was representing the SMJFL (Southern Metro Junior Football League) against the Yarra Junior Football League.

Aaron has been playing football since starting Auskick as an eight year old.

He is a longstanding member at Highett Football Club. Aaron shares that football has allowed him to make many new friends and develop good relationships with his coaches and older people around the club.

To any younger students who are contemplating joining a sporting club Aaron’s advice is “Just do it. It may feel a scary at first, but it will be a new experience, and you will probably love it”

Aaron’s aspiration with football is to play at the highest level that he can.
