Year 12 Hospitality

Year 12 Hospitality continued to expand their culinary skills this week with the preparation of gnocchi and gelato from scratch. 

 

The class prepared and presented homemade gnocchi in burnt butter and sage sauce with a chocolate gelato to finish the dining experience. This practical focused heavily on the balancing of flavours, preparation techniques and plating styles. 

All involved were very full and satisfied after this lesson.
