Year 6 Cluster News

All students attending St Louis de Montfort's Aspendale have the right to feel safe. The care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people is a fundamental responsibility of all within our school.

The term is moving very fast and with three weeks left of term it is going to be a very busy time. As we head into camp at the beginning of next term we understand there will be great excitement and of course some nerves.  Bike Ed starts next Tuesday and students will need to bring their bike to school for next weeks sessions on the 7 & 8 June. If you have any questions in regards to camp or Bike ed please don't hesitate to contact your child's teacher.

We are always looking forward to We are always looking for ways to check in with our students wellbeing and help them at their point of need.  Over the next few weeks we will be trialling a digital wellbeing check in, called Ripple.  Ripple has nine spheres of wellbeing that it covers including sleep, safety, food, confidence, friendships, happiness and concentration.  The check in takes approximately 30 secs for students to complete when they get to school and give some valuable feedback to teachers on how students can be further supported.
