Health

Learning about ways to be HEALTHY, SAFE and ACTIVE is the key focus for this term's Health classes, which grade 3-6 students have been attending once a week. 

 

The level of engagement from our Grade 3 - 6 students has been outstanding and is something I applaud them for. Students in Foundation - Grade 2 will engage in Health classes next term.  

 

Throughout this term, Grade 3-6 students have developed a tool box of brain games to help keep their mind active, along with this, they have learnt about and practised strategies to develop their self worth, manage friendship changes, regulate their emotions and find silver linings during challenging situations.
