Dear Colleagues,

This week the school principals will gather for their Term 3 meeting. One of the activities will be to begin collaboration with the CSO Leadership Team around the development of the CSO and school Annual Improvement Plans for 2024. This process of collaboration will involve responding to a first DRAFT (see link below) developed by the Leadership Team that reflects our relentless pursuit of our Foundations for success and opportunities for future innovation. 

The following summarises our strategic planning process and how it eventually impacts on school leadership and classroom practice.

The following is the first draft that identifies the 2 top priorities in each area of system strategic planning. The principals will be asked to respond to these and to consider their own top 2 priorities in their own school context. We will synthesise the wisdom of the group to review this first draft and publish a second draft for further feedback. The DRAFT will then be presented to the Armidale Catholic Schools Board on Friday August 25. At this stage we are only considering key goals and strategies with evidence of impact to be considered in the next phase of developing the plan. 

School Performance Leaders will collaborate with the school principals on the development of school plans as the planning evolves.
