Expressions of Interest - Foundation Board Director Opportunity
The Clayfield College Foundation raises funds for use in school buildings and scholarships at Clayfield College.
Our College is growing and we couldn’t be happier. We have just completed our second Annual Giving Day, which was a great success.
We are seeking expressions of interest from our College Community for people interested in being a Director on our Clayfield College Foundation.
If you are a current or past parent, or an Old Collegian, with a passion for Clayfield College and would like to apply, we would love to hear from you.
We are not seeking any specific skills base, but legal or philanthropy skills would be a bonus.

Jazz on the Green - P&F Volunteers
Jazz on the Green is this Sunday!
The P&F are still calling for helpers in a number of stations on the day. Each of the jobs has been cut into smaller time blocks so you can still enjoy the event before and after your ‘shift’. You are of course welcome to help in multiple areas or for multiple shifts in the same space if you are available.
Every volunteer will receive free entry to the event. If you have already bought a ticket, please feel free to invite a friend who can use it, or contact the school to make other arrangements at marketing@clayfield.qld.edu.au

Jeans for Genes Day
As we know, Campbell House love their blue, and particularly, their blue jeans! Campbell House is proudly supporting our College Fundraiser for Jeans for Genes day, next Friday 4 August.
For a gold coin donation, all Primary and Secondary students can come to school dressed in appropriate denim attire! Every dollar we donate goes directly to the Children’s Medical Research Institute and helps them find treatments and cures for children’s genetic diseases.
1 in 20 kids face a birth defect or genetic disease
Kids just want to be kids, but instead of playing sports with their friends or catching butterflies on a sunny day, kids with genetic diseases are getting liver transplants, taking dozens of medications, or getting their next dose of chemotherapy. It shouldn’t be this way. By donating through Jeans for Genes, you can help the scientists at Children’s Medical research Institute find cures, so these kids can go back to being kids.

Be prepared for the Term 4 swimming season by purchasing Clayfield College Towels with personalised embroidery included only $45.00
Note: Put in Wednesdays and return the following Wednesday with you name embroidered on the towel.

Also, Primary School boys now have the option to wear navy knee high socks during Winter. These are currently available in store for your convenience.
