Hotdog Day

We will be holding a hot dog day on Wednesday 9th August.  A form was sent home last week with payment options. $6 will include a donut for morning snack and a hot dog at lunch. If you would like to purchase an extra hotdog you can do so for an additional $3. Please return payment in an envelope marked with your child’s name and class, to the office by Tuesday 8th August. Alternatively you can make a payment via CDFpay using the QR code.  CDFPay will be closing at 4pm on Tuesday 8th August. 

If you are able to assist on the day, please return the slip at the bottom of the hotdog form.

All of our volunteers are required to hold a current Working With Children's Check and to have signed the COHR Child Safety Code of Conduct.

Bunnings BBQ  - Saturday 26th August

On Saturday 26 August, COHR will be hosting the sausage sizzle at Bunnings Notting Hill and we are looking for some BBQing enthusiasts to come and help us out on the day! 

We will be setting up from 8am for a 9am start.

We are looking for volunteers to assist in cooking the sausages and serving customers.

We understand that Saturdays are a busy day for our families with sports and family events, however if you are able to give an hour or two of your time, we’d love to see you on the day.

There is a sign-up sheet in the office. If you are able to give 2 hours of your time, please write your name in the relevant time slots.

If you aren’t able to make it into the office to sign up, please call the office and we can put you on the roster. Thanks to those who have already signed up to help out.

This will be a fun, fast paced day and a great fundraising opportunity for our amazing school!

Chocolate Drive

We have some remaining boxes left to sell. If anyone is able to take an additional box, please see the office. We have approximately 6 boxes left to sell.

If you haven’t already returned your money, please do so asap.

We are very close to our goal of purchasing the soccer goals for the school!

COHRchella – Saturday 21 October

Save the date! COHRchella is coming!

COHRchella is a parent only event to be held on the school grounds on the evening of Saturday 21 October.

Come and join us in celebrating another great year at COHR, by chilling in the glamping tent with a drink in hand, listening to the DJ play your all-time favorite tunes and fill up with all you can eat from our two food trucks! We will have a silent auction and raffles throughout the night too!

Tickets will sell for $70pp and drinks will be sold at bar prices.
