100 DAYS OF SCHOOL!

On Thursday 27th July, the Preps celebrated their 100th Day of School.

We celebrated this wonderful milestone with lots of fun activities all about 100.

We came to school dressed in our cool clothes and read the story ‘100 Days of Cool’ by Stuart J. Murphy.  We did lots of counting and explored what the number 100 might look like using concrete materials like unifix cubes and icy-pole sticks.

We made crowns which we proudly wore during our celebrations.

We loved all the activities especially constructing a structure using 100 cups; painting 100 gumballs and making an artwork using exactly 100 stickers.

Our teachers and families are so proud of us… Now, we are 100 days smarter!
