Parent-Teacher-Student Interviews

Parent-Teacher-Student Interviews will be conducted on Wednesday, September 8.

There will be no formal classes on this day and students are expected to attend the online interviews with parents.

Bookings for these interviews can be made via PAM and we encourage you to make bookings to receive feedback on your child's progress, to connect with teachers and to gain a good understanding of the key aims of each subject area.

As detailed in the Trinity calendar, we are preparing to release reports this Wednesday afternoon at 4pm and then to undertake our remote Parent-Teacher-Student Interviews next week. 

 Given the current restrictions, Trinity will be using the Teams platform for these remote interviews with families on September 8th from 9.30am - 7.00pm. You will need to use your home computer or smart device (phone, ipad) and personal email for these interviews. These instructions have been distributed to parents via email as well.

Detailed instructions are provided below to assist you with the bookings and connecting to interviews on the day.

Prior to the day 

Parents will book online through the usual process in PAM. Interviews will be scheduled in 10 minute time slots. The booking system for these will be opened through your PAM account at the same time reports are released on Wednesday afternoon.

Families are encouraged to use their private email address rather than to use their student’s device and email for the interviews. Please contact front reception on 52339200 if you require PAM assistance to complete your bookings. 

Full time staff will have 44 available timeslots, so please ensure that you request interviews with teachers in core subjects and specific areas of need for your child. If you are unable to attend, parents/carers are welcome to email teachers with queries and arrange a discussion.

Please note that Mrs Dianne Towers, Ms Pam Scott, Mr James Fitzpatrick and Ms Leesa Sharkey are on leave and will not be available on this day for interviews, but we welcome parents/carers to contact their child’s current teacher for discussions regarding their child.
