$20 BOSS PROGRAM

Frankston High School Building Social Entrepreneurs
Students studying the middle school elective Innovating in the 21st Century are once again participating in the national program $20 Boss supported by National Australia Bank (NAB) and Foundation for Young Australians (FYA).
The program aims to develop student enterprise skills by supplying every student with $20 startup capital to develop their own business. Over the course of the last ten weeks, students have identified a particular cause that they are passionate about and have been building products and business models to raise money for a range of charities. This week marks the start of the trading period and the students have delivered a number of products ranging from T-shirts which raise money for Beyond Blue to candles for the Country Fire Authority (CFA) to name a few.
If you are interested in supporting these students you will be able to purchase their products at the opening night of the schools performance of the Wedding Singer or by emailing Mr Hunt at shunt@fhs.vic.edu.au
