CITY OF YARRA SUMMER 2020 VACATION CARE

City of Yarra Summer 2020 Vacation Care bookings are now open.

NEW ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM through My family lounge!

Please read through the booking instruction sheet attached and refer to the brochure.

Booking deadline: 4pm Monday 23rd December 2019

Inclusion Support booking deadline: 4:00pm on Friday 13th December 2019

Please see attached Summer 2020 Vacation Care Brochure for program information. We are excited to share with you our most diverse program to date. We have organised a range of small group and shorter/local excursions along with a variety of onsite activities. Some excursions have a limited capacity and may book out, but there will always be the in house option to book into.

The optional grade 4/5/6 Middle Years Excursion (MYEX) offerings have increased significantly with something separate on offer for them most days. We’ll be chartering buses as we always have, but also catching trains and trams when we can. Some excursions are super local and in those cases, we will walk. In weeks 2 and 3, the services will be combine together for the MYEX excursions.

Children transitioning from grade 6 to year 7 can access this program over the January school holidays.

Please update the following on your My Family Lounge account.

· Child’s medical and or health needs including doctors medical plans if required.

· Contact details of people authorised to collect your child from the service, if it is to be an ongoing occurrence.

Excursion Permissions:

Families will receive an email regarding excursion permissions prior to the program commencing. This will require action on your behalf.
