Year 5/6 Learning Community

What an amazing start to our 2023 school year! The 5/6 Learning Community has been a hive of activity in the past 6 weeks and it shows no sign of slowing down. 

Our students have been involved in a variety of extracurricular activities such as Athletics Day, Lawn Bowls, Rockpool excursions and International Women’s Day celebrations.

Our student leaders have also had opportunities to fulfil their roles through whole school assemblies, sustainability work, Healthy moves planning day and the Athletic sports day. 

As we look forward to the rest of Term 1, we have NAPLAN in Week 7 and 8 and our whole 5/6 Learning Community swimming program in weeks 9 and 10. 

Let’s keep on living our school values and keep our focus up on our learning as we work towards truly thriving here at W.E.P.S.
