Primary Sport
Year 2-6 Cross Country
The annual Year 2-6 school Cross Country will be held on Friday 24 March at the Inverell Complex. Students in Year 2 will run 1km, Year 3-6 students aged 8-10yrs will run 2km and students aged 11-13 years will run 3km. It is the age your child turns this year. It will begin at approximately 10:00am and students will then be transported back to school for lunch at approximately 11:30am. Please encourage your child to prepare for this activity.

Sport for weeks 9 and 11 will be House novelties and team games.
Northern Country U15’s Boys and U16’s Girls Rugby League
Well done and good luck to Dainan Swadling, Matilda Thompson and Kelsey Pagden who were selected in the combined Diocese teams and will attend the Northern Country trials in week 10.
Alan Tongue 10’s Rugby League and League Tag
Good luck to the U14’s and U16’s Rugby league and League Tag players attending the Alan Tongue 10’s Gala day, Thursday Week 11 at Kamilaroi Oval.
CCC U15’s Touch Trials
Congratulations and good luck to the following students who were selected in the Armidale Diocesan touch teams, and will travel to Wagga Wagga in week 11, to compete in the CCC touch trials: Griffin Sanderson, Dustin Ford, Dainan Swadling, Matthew Mowle and Makayde Goldman.
Secondary Cross Country
The Year 7-10 cross country will be on Thursday Week 10 during sport. It will be held at the Lake Inverell Off-Road Recreational Circuit. All students will run or walk 3 laps of the circuit.
