Remembering John Powell

Our thoughts are with Jill and the Powell family with the passing of FN Roper and Jones owner John Powell.

John has been in the FN network for over 10 years, purchasing FN Roper and Jones in 2010 after being in real estate since 1999. John also served as a board member and Chairman for First National, and his contributions to FN have been immeasurable.

John's final request was a simple and small ceremony to say farewell at his beloved Baylys Beach, with his children and family in attendance. Donations to Brain Tumour Support would be appreciated in his remembrance: https://www.braintumoursupport.org.nz/donate-to-us

John's wife Jill thanks all her fellow members and friends for their wishes, thoughts andprayers, and simply asks that John be remembered as a wonderful man, father , husband and, most importantly, a 'top bloke'.
