GARDEN HERB STALL

Please come along on Tuesday afternoons to support the grade 4's and purchase some seasonal herbs. Just perfect for winter soup making!

4A is hosting the stall this term.

TERM 3 GARDEN VOLUNTEERING

Firstly, thank you to all our volunteers who helped out last term in the garden classes.

I have sent the roster for Term 3 to all the existing volunteers and a prompt response would be appreciated.

Even so, all classes desperately require additional volunteers, especially the Thursday classes ( BOTH 3/4H & 4S)

If you wish to volunteer and join our garden team, please contact the office.

Garden class timetable for Term 3 

Tuesday: 2.00-2.45pm (4A), 2.45 -3.30pm (3A)

Wednesday: 12.05 -12.50pm(3P), 2. - 2.45pm(4K), 2.45-3.30pm(3K)

Thursday: 2.00- 2.45pm(3/4H), 2.45- 3.30pm(4S)

THANK YOU - coffee grounds

A big thank you to Todd (proprietor) of local cafe Daniel Son in Neerim Road. Todd will be regularly providing us with the cafe's used coffee grounds (YUM YUM for compost!) and also the old newspapers - again for our compost.

This is a very generous offer and we are delighted.

TERM 3 KITCHEN- changes

There will be 6 kitchen session this term. The dates are indicated below. Please note when kitchen is NOT scheduled the children will need to bring their own lunch from home.

Week 1 beginning Tuesday 18th July

Week 2 beginning Tuesday 25th July (EXCEPT 4K due to Athletics sports)

Week 3 beginning Tuesday 1st Aug NO KITCHEN (children to bring lunch from home) EXCEPT FOR 4K (MAKE UP session for WEEK 3)

Week 4 beginning Tuesday 8th Aug

Week 5 beginning Tuesday 15th Aug NO KITCHEN (children to bring lunch from home)

Week 6 beginning Tuesday 22nd Aug NO KITCHEN (children to bring lunch from home)

Week 7 beginning Tuesday 29th th Aug

Week 8 beginning Tuesday 5th Sept

Week 9 beginning Tuesday 12th Sept

Week 10 beginning Tuesday 19th Sept NO KITCHEN (children to bring lunch from home).
