Presentation Assemblies
Current Covid-19 guidelines prevent us from holding a formal Presentation Evening this year. However, we remain committed to appropriately acknowledging the many successes that our students have achieved throughout this challenging year.
Therefore, we are planning conduct Presentation Assemblies during Week 7 in place of our traditional Presentation Evening. One assembly will be held for Years 9 and 11, and another for Years 7 and 8. A special Year 10 Presentation Assembly is scheduled for Week 9.
The Assemblies will only be open to students to comply with Covid-19 requirements. However, the events will be filmed and made available for public viewing on the ASC website.

Relocation Schedules
End of Term 4 schedule
We’re nearly there! After more than three years of planning and consultation, the keys handed over and students transitioned, the final move to the new school site is fast approaching.
Relocation of items from the Duval campus to the new school at Butler Street will commence from Friday, 27 November. This will involve the decommissioning of larger machinery in Industrial Arts and the commercial kitchen as well as loose items such as texts, sports equipment and technology.
Every endeavour has been made to keep the relocation period as short as possible, however as with all moves, disruption is inevitable. Staff will continue with modified teaching and learning programs until Friday, 11 December.
By this date all resources should be at the new campus and staff will finalise unpacking and storage of items ready for Day 1 Term 1 2021.
From Monday 14th December minimal supervision will be provided at Duval campus for students in attendance.
2021 Term 1 schedule
Return to school dates for 2021 are:
- Wednesday, 27 January - Staff Development Day #1;
- Thursday, 28 January - Staff Development Day #2;
- Friday, 29 January – classes commence for Year 7 & Year 12;
- Monday, 1 February – classes commence for Year 8 & Year 10;
- Tuesday, 2 February - classes commence for Year 9 & Year 11.
We are very keen to share our new school with our community and will advise of arrangements for an open day when Covid-19 restrictions allow.

School bus services for 2021
Edwards Coaches have released their 2021 bus schedule to service the new ASC Butler Street campus. There will be some changes from this year's schedule and students on some afternoon routes will be required to transfer.
