EAST CAMPUS NEWS

EAST CAMPUS LIBRARY

Dear Parents,

Our new East Campus Library needs your help!

We are continuing to build a collection of age-appropriate fiction books in our library and we ask you to consider donating a novel.

Currently students can reserve books from the Main Campus Library and have them delivered to the East Campus for collection. It would be great if we could grow our book collection for students to borrow directly from their new campus.

Please refer to the following list:

Books on this list are recommended by DET to ensure quality, high interest and appropriateness for the year levels.

We ask that parents and carers consider generously purchasing one or more of these books and delivering them to the library at the Main Campus for cataloguing before they are put on the shelves at our new East Campus Library. Alternatively, you could drop the books off at the East Campus and they will make their way to the Main Campus Library.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to contribute to the learning of all students and to leaving a lasting legacy.

Also, if you have any of the following titles at home that are in very good condition that you no longer require, we’d appreciate the donation:

Harry Potter series by J.K Rowling

Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins

Maze Runner series James Dashner

Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan

Once series by Morris Gleitzman

Thank you

Michael Kan

Principal
