SCHOOL LEADERSHIP MESSAGE

PRINCIPAL'S REPORT

I would like to take this opportunity to say farewell. Following some leave which started on Monday this week, in 2023 I will take up the role of Principal at Mirboo North Secondary College.  This has been a difficult decision because I have loved every minute of working at KSC. It has been an incredible privilege to serve this community and to lead what is an amazing secondary college. The staff and students make every day one of my best and I have loved coming to work each day. I have been lucky to have had the support of the community, students and staff, and the Community Engagement Group, particularly Matt Row and Kam Whyte (School Council Presidents) and Samantha Norrey (School Council and CEG). The strong moral vision of providing high quality education and experiences for our students developed by the staff, the School Council and the Community Engagement Group has been one which I have been proud to lead.

It has been an incredible privilege to lead KSC over the past four and a half years as it has continued to grow into an exemplary school.

I would like to especially acknowledge and thank John Wilson who will also now take over as Acting Principal. A substantive principal will be appointed in Term Two of 2023.

Again, thank you to everyone for making my time at Korumburra something I will treasure forever.
