Pay It Forward

BOOKS ARE ESSENTIAL. This country has been wracked with more disaster and we've been connected with the Public Schools in Rochester, VIC who lost around 90% of their library books in the Spring floods of 2022.  Both Rochester Primary School and Rochester Secondary College are in need of some community support to relplace the damaged books, and replinish the library so that they can continue to offer their students a wholeistic school experience, rich with literacy. We are reactivating the Pay it Forward program to help them out. Chipping in $10 to Pay it Forward provides new books for these schools in need. For every $10 contribution The Little Bookroom will also Pay it Forward $1. The cut-off date for contributions is Saturday December 31 so that the schools can spend the donation with us for the new year.

Photography is more than capturing beautiful pictures. It’s about taking people on a journey and for more than three decades, Jason has roamed the world, bearing witness to the raw beauty of nature and the complexities of humanity.

'Icebergs to Iguanas' explores some of his favourite National Geographic stories and images, brought to life by the wild, exciting, sometimes heartbreaking tales behind their creation. He delves into his field journals, and shares personal experiences.
