Deanne Gilson
Deanne (our Wurrundjeri artist) who designed our school logo has worked with students in Years 3-6 providing a workshop and storytelling. Deanne has also painted an artwork for our school
School Council Elections
School Council elections are now open and nominations close on Wednesday the 17th of February, 2020. This year there are 3 parent member positions and 1 school employee member position up for nomination.
Nomination forms can be obtained from the office or from the Compass post sent out yesterday.
School Council meets twice a term and supports the development and running of our school. More information on the role that School Council plays in our school can be found by clicking on the button below.
COVID 19
We thank you for your cooperation with managing the current environment and supporting keeping everyone safe. Please be mindful to continue to socially distance, wear a mask if you can't distance and use sanitiser.
Building Program
The new classroom building program has commenced. The foundation works are currently underway and all works are to be completed by the end of November.
Mobile Phone Policy
All government schools are required to have Mobile Phone policy which outlines the requirements and expectations relating to students using mobile phones (which includes smart watches) whilst at school.
Could you please take the time to read our policy and reinforce these expectations with your children. Thank you in advance for your support.
Canteen
We are excited to welcome Jude Fina Foods as our canteen provider. If you are dropping your children off in the morning why not drop past and say hi to Maggie and Lyn (they make really good coffee and hot chocolate!)
The Canteen is open every day and orders can easily be made using the QKR app or by sending orders in the old fashioned way (paper bag and money). For instructions on how to download the QKR app or to check out the menu, please read the flyers below.
