Thank you to all students, staff and families involved in last week’s Presentation Night. It was a wonderful event celebrating 2020. COVID-19 restrictions impacted on our capacity to have all students and families in attendance and we are very appreciative of the support that the College has received with all our events this year.

During the evening, the excellence of our students and staff was celebrated through awards and musical performances. We also referred to some exciting building plans which will come to fruition in the coming years.

Hasten slowly’ has been the mantra given the world uncertainty, but it was good to provide a timeline for future developments. Important initial work will commence this month leading to more significant developments over 2021 and 2022 and I look forward to providing further updates at Information Evenings in Term One 2021. There are exciting times ahead.

Student travel over the holidays

Earlier this week, I wrote to families with information related to travel during the school holiday period. If families elect to travel outside the state, there may be quarantine requirements as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve.

Our Risk and Compliance Officer, Miss Emilee Rippon, will be the contact point if families have any enquiries related to documentation required to support the travel.
