Special Playtime Activities

Our PCW: Georgia
Our PCW: Georgia

Our Pastoral Care Worker  extraordinaire has been setting up fun and engaging play time activities every Tuesday. It has been pleasing to see students participating in structured recess play.

Georgia has only been at our school a very short amount of time, however, she has in no time at all immersed herself into the LNPS community.

Today's fun activity involved an obstacle that students could use during recess to help them to stay active during play times. Thank you Georgia - we look forward to seeing what you will come up with next week!

Georgia is also planning a surprise in the last few weeks of school with some very special activities coming to our school - stay tuned!

Active Lunch

Active lunch is back up and running this term. This means that the gym will be open during lunchtimes.

This term, we have chosen to focus on skipping as we are raising money for the Jump Rope for Heart  - Heart Foundation. Students have been practising beginning, intermediate and advanced skipping. They also have the option to do a challenge and see how many skips they can complete. Challenges start at 20 and go up all the way to 200!
