Primary Swimming

Primary swimming continues this week. Students will travel to the pool by bus from 1:45pm – 3:00pm on Friday. Please make sure your child’s clothing is labelled.

Up-Coming Sports Dates Term 4

• Week 7-10 – Primary Year 3-6, swimming Term 1 - 2017

• 2-10 Swimming Carnival Thursday 9 February, 3:00pm 

• Primary Diocesan Swimming Carnival, Moree, 23 February

• Senior Primary Diocesan Touch Trials, Tamworth, 3 March

• Senior Primary Winter Trials, Inverell, 24 March

Secondary Sport

This week will be the last for elective sport this term. Students will be doing one of the following sports: Proactive Gym $4.00, Yoga $4.00, Indoor Sports $3.50 and School Sport.

Students are reminded that money needs to be paid on Thursday. Students going to Pro-Active Gym are required to bring a towel.

Next week all students will be doing school sport.

Congratulations to Brock Adams 

Over the past year Brock has been competing on most weekends at rodeos across eastern Australia. Travelling as far as Coonamble, Mendooran (Western NSW), Bollon (Southern Qld), across to the coast near Grafton to Coutts Crossing and Cassilis. He also competed in  some local events, including Inverell, Bendemeer, Armidale, Walcha and Tamworth.

He has been competing for a  rodeo title around the Northern NSW and Southern Queensland area.

After a year of late nights, early mornings and many kilometres travelled, he was lucky enough to achieve his goal.

Brock was recently named champion in the U/15 Northern NSW and Southern Queensland Circuit.
