Diocesan Athletics - Postponed

The Diocesan Athletics Carnival has been postponed due to wet weather/ag quip. 

The rescheduled date is now Tuesday the 23rd of August, 2022 with all other details remaining the same. 

More information will be provided next week regarding the order of events.

Athletics Training

In preparation for Diocesan Athletics Carnival in Tamworth on the 12th of August, Jon Welsh has kindly offered to help train and prepare our students. Over the next four weeks Jon will come into school on a Thursday afternoon from 2:30-3:10pm to coach students in track and field.  He will also offer an after school session on Tuesday from 3:15- 4pm at the Guyra sports ground (cricket and soccer oval). Parents will be responsible for their children and will need to organise transportation to and from the oval and supervision.  Please ensure your child has packed their running shoes on these days if they choose to participate in these sessions.  This is a fantastic opportunity for our students and we thank Jon for his enthusiasm and time.
