Father's Day Gift Pack

It’s that time of year when we celebrate our dads and the fabulous men in our lives! The Burrendah Primary School P&C will be selling Father’s Day gift packs. All funds raised will go to the school via the P&C.

Not sure what dad would like? We can help!

The P&C will be selling a range of gift packs, so we’re sure to have something to make your dad smile. So that our dads receive a surprise on Father’s Day, the gift packs will be advertised at school. Students will be able to see what goes into each one and select the perfect gift for their well-deserving dad. Plus, each gift pack includes a raffle ticket giving dad the chance to win a cricket bat signed by Shaun Marsh! All gift packs cost $10 each.

How to buy a gift pack

The P&C will be selling the Father’s Day gift packs before school at the school canteen next week on Monday 29th August and Friday 2nd September.

If we haven’t sold out, gift packs will also be available after school on Friday 2nd September.

Come along and choose the perfect gift for your dad. Cash and card accepted! (cash preferred)

Many thanks for your support. We look forward to seeing lots of eager faces at the canteen!

P&C Team Day Friday 23 September

The Burrendah Primary School P&C would like to invite all students and staff  to participate in our ‘Team Day’ fundraiser to be held on Friday 23 September

How you can join in the fun:

Wear your team colours to school

Bring a gold coin and wear your team colours to school on Friday 23 September. This might be a team you are in or a team you support. You can wear your footy team jumper, or your soccer uniform, or your dancing club jacket, or your chess club blazer…you get the idea! This is not a free dress day - you need to show your support for a team or a sport.

Buy an icy pole or icecream at lunchtime

The P&C will be selling icy poles (100% fruit juice - $1 each) and icecreams (Paddle Pops - $2 each) from the canteen during lunchtime on Friday 23 September. No pre-ordering is required!

All funds raised will go to the school via the P&C

Thank you for your support!

What's App

Want to help out with P&C events from time to time even if you're not a P&C member?

We have plenty of small volunteer opportunities which you can assist with. Our WhatsApp group is in place to put a call out for volunteers for things like:

  • Helping to distribute Book Club orders
  • Assisting with fitting choir uniforms or attending choir excursions
  • Assisting with selling food on special lunch days or at sports carnivals

There is never any pressure to volunteer and the group is not used for general chit-chat. Say yes if you can help when a request comes out, and if not, no worries! Many hands make light work and P&C events are always a lot of fun to get involved with!

Please email burrendahpc@gmail.com with your name and mobile phone number and we will add you to the What’s App group.
