Accounts Payable Office

St Philip’s College has an opening for an Accounts Payable Officer, beginning Term 3, 2022. Reporting to the Business Manager, the position will be responsible for the monitoring and managing of accounts, the efficient processing of purchase orders, invoices and payments, and assistance with month end reconciliations. This is a casual role requiring 2 days per week, with the actual working hours being very flexible.

Graham (Polly) Farmer Foundation, Follow the Dream Tutor

Are you interested in becoming a tutor at St Philip’s College? The Graham (Polly) Farmer Foundation is seeking to appoint tutors for the Follow the Dream program. Follow the Dream provides enriched educational and experiential opportunities for male and female Aboriginal students. The program celebrates culture, strengthens a sense of belonging and connection to community and empowers students to pursue their aspirations.

 

Positions are available Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the school term from 3:00 - 4:30pm. Hourly rate for qualified applicants (tertiary qualifications in teaching, social work etc.) $50.69 per hour and non-qualified applicants $40 per hour.

College Assistant 2022

St Philip’s College is looking to fill the position of College Assistant.

 

This Assistant position will provide support to the Rivergum Cafe, as well as administrative and clerical support to other areas of the College.

 

This is a 12-month fixed term contract and would ideally suit a gap year student.

Hours 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday during the school term.
