Gardening Club

It will be wonderful to have all our gardeners back on a Thursday morning as they weed and complete general garden maintenance, getting ready for the warmer weather. The focus for this term is spring planting, in particular, a variety of spring vegetables. See you all on Thursday morning at 7.50am.

Book Week

Please read the flyer below to find out what is happening during Book Week this year.

Book Fair

We are very excited to host the Scholastic Book Fair this year from Wednesday 24 August to Tuesday 30 August in the MPR.

Book Fairs are designed to give kids access to more books they want to read, from relevant new-releases to classic award winners. Every book sold at the Book Fair earns free books for our school.

On Wednesday 24 August, all students will visit the Book Fair and write a Wish List of the books that they like. The Book Fair will be open for families to visit at the following days and times:

MS Readathon

This year, our community at our school is embarking on an incredible adventure. An adventure full of drama, mystery, and magic… and generosity!

That’s right! This year, we’re doing the MS Readathon as a school community. It’s a one-month reading challenge, where the rules are simple. Read whatever you like, as much as you can, throughout the month of August.

Each student can set up and personalise their very own fundraising pages, and while on their reading adventure you’ll have the opportunity to guide them through the other kind of journey – fundraising for those in need.

All donations go towards helping Australians with MS and other neurological conditions, and that’s the main reason we’ve decided to take the MS Readathon on together as a community. You may have fond memories of the MS Readathon yourself, and we’re delighted to continue in this amazing, long-lasting legacy.
