The Bachelor of Psychological Science is for people with an interest in psychology, and want to learn more about human thought, behaviour, and emotion.
This degree is both specific and flexible:
- specifically, about psychology, and is the first step on the path to becoming a psychologist,
- flexible, in that it opens the door to numerous vocations related to human behaviour, as well as postgraduate opportunities
Students undertake an APAC (Australian Psychological Accreditation Council) accredited sequence of units in psychology. They can also select from a broad range of electives, with studies from other disciplines and value‐add to their degree. Electives can focus on one discipline or target specific units from a range of disciplines that appeal to students. Elective streams/courses can include -Behavioural Studies, Biological Science, Business, Community and Human Services, Criminal Justice, Environmental Science, Exercise and Sport Science, History, Indigenous Studies, Literature, Media and Screen Studies, Outdoor and Environmental Education, Sociology, Writing.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Information Engineering) (Honours)
The Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Information Engineering) (Honours) allows students to explore key electrical areas such as electrical circuits, energy conversion and signals and systems, in addition to programming, data science and artificial intelligence. This gives Fed Uni graduates a broad set of skills to prepare them for careers across electrical engineering fields.
This program is fully accredited by Engineers Australia and includes a range of scholarship opportunities.
