Athletics News

 On Wednesday the 17th of August at Duncan Mackinnon, grades 3-6 had their school athletics carnival. We were very fortunate that the weather was amazing and we were able to successfully complete all the events and enjoy the day! On September 8th, 49 of our talented students will go on to compete in the District Competition against nine other schools at Duncan Mackinnon. We wish them all the best! 

We would also like to congratulate green house who won the carnival by two points to red house. It was the closest result we have ever had and there was only 20 points of difference from 4th-1st. On 

On Friday, 9th September, the Prep to year 2’s will have their athletics at Koornang park. We would like to give a big thank you to Mr Pollard and Mr Hodges for organising both events.

Age Group Champion Winners from the house athletics carnival:

These students were crowned champions in their age group after winning the majority of events throughout the House Athletics day.  This is a great achievement as they showcased skills in all categories of running, jumping and throwing.
