Acting Deputy Principal's Message

Senior School

Dear Parents,

Today we held our annual Swimming Carnival. It was great to see so many of our students participating and filling gaps where necessary - we even had some of our junior students swimming up to fill senior races.

I feel our students truly reflected our motto, To Strive to do their best and participate, To Seek opportunities that arose, and To Care for those around them - encouraging those who needed some extra support to make it to the finish line. A fantastic day filled with lots of swimming, House spirit and loud cheers by staff and students.

I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate our students on 'stepping up' and taking ownership over their uniform presentation this Term. There has been a notable difference in the amount of students coming to The Hub first thing in the morning to correct their uniform before the day starts, well done to those students.

As we approach the last two weeks of Term, I hope that all of our students have taken the time to reflect on their goals set earlier in Term 1 and are aspiring for personal development and success.

Have a wonderful weekend and I look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Monday.
