Classroom News - Year 1

It's a wrap for Term 1 from Year 1!

Year 1 has worked well this term, increasing their knowledge and skills. In Maths we ended the term working on Months, Seasons and the Calendar. In English students have learned, how to write super sentences, compound words, nouns and verbs. Year 1 has just begun Set 5 Tricky Words.

In Religion we are completing our unit on Lent and Holy Week. In Science students planned, designed their zoo and created their animals.

Also in Science students created their own animals including their different features and their habitat.
