Compass Events Risk Bank Templates

All Diocesan Schools are now expected to do all of their risk assessments on Compass Events. If you need assistance with how to complete a risk assessment or with having an Excursion added to the Risk Bank, please do not hesitate to get in contact with Geraldine Chapman to discuss and create. Allow adequate preparation time before your actual excursion.

Term 2 Assurance Tasks Due 23/06/2023

Please complete the four Assurance Tasks assigned for this term and due 23 June 2023. If you need assistance, places do not hesitate to ask.

Assurance Forms Closed Off

Please close off Assurance Forms as soon as they are completed. Ensure that you click on the three dots next to the clock and click “close”.

Record Retention

Please ensure that all offsite documentation records have been filed into your School Data Retention Compliance Folder in case retrieval is required at a later date.
