Year 8 Drama

The Year 8 Drama class has just completed a unit of work where they learned how to create their own character. All aspects of characterisation were explored, including use of voice, body language, posture, and mannerisms. Students had to consider the backstory of their character and think about costume choices. For their final assessment, students had to come to a party 'in character' and remain in character for the duration of the party. It was wonderful to see the students bring their characters to life. So much fun!
