CHPS Snow Sports Squad 

Our inaugural CHPS Snow Sports Squad had a successful two days at the Victorian Interschools held at Mt Buller. The team finished 11th overall for co-ed primary schools! An impressive result for a metropolitan public school in their first competition. All 14 CHPS competitors (Magnus Johnson, Chloe Robson, Isobel Rhodes, Lucinda Slattery, Albert Emmerick, Felix Shultz, Max Slattery, Ollie Rhodes, Macy Doyle, Adelaide Emmerick, Jasper Morokoff, Summer Doyle, Nina Shultz and Pip Emmerick) did a wonderful job and were very supportive and encouraging of one another. The weather Gods threw snow, hail, rain, wind and a couple of white outs their way. Regardless they all lined up, raced and cheered each other on. 

We wish our three national qualifying squad members (Adelaide Emmerick who qualified 10th in Alpine, Albert Emmerick who qualified 3rd in Ski Cross and 16th in Alpine and Pip Emmerick who qualified 15th  in Ski Cross) all the best for the Australian Interschools event at Perisher next week.
