Grade 5/6 History Incursion

Grade 5 and 6 students enjoyed an incursion presented by Mr Arbuckle from HATS Productions. This incursion enhanced our Integrated Studies learning on Australian history after the 1800s. 

Mr Arbuckle told a compelling story about Reverend John Flynn and how he founded the Royal Flying Doctor Service in outback Australia. Students were engaged through the use of props and student volunteers who acted out scenes from the story. 

Everyone was thoroughly entertained by the presentation and learned something new. Thank you, Mr Arbuckle and HATS Productions!
