Year 5 Camp
I am sure that there is some nervous energy amongst our Year 5 students as they prepare for their departure to camp tomorrow. I look forward to joining them as they take part in this experience, which aims to push them outside of their comfort zone and bond them as a cohort.
College Tour
This Friday we will host another College Tour, a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase this wonderful school to prospective families. Bookings for upcoming tours can be made here.
Absences – Extended Leave
A reminder that if your son is planning to be absent for longer than three days, then a request for leave form is required via primaryreception@marash.qld.edu.au. It is expected that all students complete their assessment prior to any extended period of leave.
Uniform Shop
The grey long sleeve shirts are now back in stock at the uniform shop. Please check the College App for uniform shop opening hours.
Walkathon
As we continue fundraising for the Walkathon, the Primary School has extended our lead as the highest fundraising group in the College. Congratulations to Henry Walker who coloured in the Walkathon Tally as our highest fundraiser for the week.
Debating and Public Speaking
Best wishes to our Primary students who will represent the College tonight in Round 2 of the inter-school debating and public speaking competition. The boys have been busy preparing since their last round and have no doubt reflected on the feedback given to them by the adjudicators.
