Message from the Principal

St Anthony’s Parish and St Anthony’s School hold the care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people as central and fundamental responsibilities of the Church.

St Anthony’s is fully compliant with all policies in relation to Child Safety. These documents ensure compliance with the Victorian Government Child Safety Standards which took effect on 1 January 2017 and reflect our Parish's ongoing commitment to ensuring that all children are safe, happy and empowered.

Hello Families and Friends of St Anthony's,

School Office Refurbishment Update

We are in the final stages of selecting a building team to refurbish our school office. Once the builder has been selected we will finalise a start date for the project to begin. There will be some adjustments made to the entry of the school to ensure that everyone stays safe while the work is completed. I look forward to providing another update soon.

School Photos

Friday 3rd June is school photo day. Students are to wear their sports uniform on this day.

Prep 2023 Enrolments

Enrolments for students starting Prep in 2023 has begun and the list is filling. If you have a child starting Prep next year and have not enroled them yet please contact the office. If you know any families with children who will start Prep next year please let them know to contact the school office.

First Eucharist

Congratulations to all St Anthony's students who have recenlty celebrated their First Eucharist and best wishes to those celebrating this weekend. First Eucharist is such an important Sacrament of initiation and gives us such a sense of belonging in our faith community.

St Anthony's High Expectations

Each week our student leaders select one of our St Anthony's High Expectations to be a weekly focus for staff and students. Our school leaders film a short video for the weekly expectation and this is shared with staff and students to view on a Monday morning.

This week our High Expectation has been Respect Others - On the bus.

Breakfast Club

A few weeks ago we introduced Breakfast Club at St Anthony's. Some of our student leaders are assisting staff to serve toast to those students who come to school without having breakfast. Breakfast Club is held each Tuesday morning from 8.20am to 8.40am and is in the Community Hub.

Community Garden

Each Wednesday our Community Garden is open between 9am and 3pm. We invite everyone to come visit, wander and admire the work of the children and staff. You can take a picnic rug sit at our picnic tables and share lunch with a friend.

Have a fabulous weekend.
