Congratulations to:

One of Marist's Old Boys (Class of 1982), Paul Deighton, who was awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross in the Queen's Birthday Honours List on Monday.  Below is his award extract:

Group Captain Paul Francis DEIGHTON For outstanding achievement in language training reform, development and delivery as Commanding Officer of the Defence Force School of Languages. 

Paul started his language study at Marist and actually won the French prize in Year 12. He came back and spoke to the language students at the College in 2018.
