Physical Wellbeing: Go For Gold

Junior School

Go For Gold

It is time to start ticking each box on your Golden Ticket!

Every student can download, and save a copy, of the Golden Ticket (below).

Being active helps keep us fit and healthy whether it’s a walk, ride or scoot, following along to an online class, walking the dog, kicking a ball or visiting a local playground, it all counts! After every physical activity session students complete they can tick a box on the Golden Ticket. Student should try and complete two sessions of physical activity each day for four weeks.

Link to a list of activity ideas/suggestions to do at home.

At the end of the four weeks, between Friday 29 October and Sunday 7 November, parents/guardians will need to assist their child/ren to enter into the competition by completing a short online entry form. A link will be distributed closer to the time.

A Shelford student prize (Fitbit Ace) and the Interschool Trophy are up for grabs! As well as some mini prizes along the way!

The more active you are, the better chance our school has at becoming Glen Eira City Council’s Active Schools Champion for 2021, so be active and help us win!
