2021–2022 Student Leadership Team

At the end of Term 3 I had the pleasure of announcing the new Student Leadership Team at a School Assembly. I have already starting working with this outstanding group of young leaders and I have been very impressed with their energy, commitment and work ethic. We are very excited about what each will bring to the Shelford community in their new roles.

Congratulations to the 2021–2022 Student Leadership Team!

Returning to Shelford and end-of year arrangements

As I write this edition of Shelly News, we are in the process of welcoming our much-loved students back to Shelford. I know I speak on behalf of all staff when I say that we cannot wait to have all of our students back together and to hearing the buzz of student activity across the school. A range of activities will be facilitated across year level groups to acknowledge what we have all been through and to support students to begin to heal and to reconnect with their friends, peers and teachers.

Over the last week the families of Year 7–11 students will have received communication regarding arrangements for the end of the year and the special events that have been planned. We look forward to the end of the year with optimism and welcome the opportunity to celebrate the end of 2021 together.
