A creative competition

It's time to get creative and share your talents in our Create Gratitude Competition

During this stay-at-home time, we would like families and individuals to share their creative talents around the theme of 'gratitude'. Practicing gratitude has incredible benefits. From a Biblical perspective, we are called to be grateful in all circumstances.

'Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!' Philippians 4:4

Research has also shown that practicing gratitude can improve our mental health and overall perspective on life. Explore ways you can be more appreciative. Look around you. What are you grateful for?

How to enter the Create Gratitude Competition:

Use your creative talents to express 'gratitude' in some form. It could be in any of the following ways:

  • Sing
  • Dance
  • Act
  • Lip-sync
  • Play an instrument
  • Creative writing (short story, monologue, poem)
  • Painting
  • Photography
  • Perform comedy
  • Sculpture
  • Digital artwork
  • Or anything else creative

We believe that God has given you many talents. Now is the time to share your talents. The competition is open to staff, students and their families.

Upload your creations (or photo of your creation) using the submit button below.

If you or your family needs some inspiration, here's a couple of videos showing families enjoying life despite the circumstances and some artworks depicting 'gratitude'. Happy creating!

Congratulations to our first winner!

Congratulations to Year 1 student Fianna P who submitted this video of her and her sister, Brianna, dancing to a song in her mother's tongue Malayalam. She is grateful for her mum and everything she does for her and her sister.  Well done Fianna! You will receive your prize in the mail shortly.

We will be announcing more winners early next term, so get your 'creativity on' during the holidays. We can't wait to see what other wonderful entries we receive.
