R U OK?  

The Wellbeing Team recognised R U OK? Day on Friday 15 September, inviting all staff to a morning tea in the social staffroom. At lunchtime, VCAL students, SRC and House Captains supported the day by running activities and selling cupcakes. Students were also encouraged to start a conversation with each other, asking R U OK?

R U OK's vision is a world where we're all connected and are protected from suicide. Their mission is to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life.
