Mary Mackillop Awards

The Mary MacKillop Award is designed to reflect the Christian values of our school and of Mary MacKillop and is awarded to someone from each class in the K-6 department who has helped others. 

Week 1 recipients of the Mary MacKillop Award :

Amelia Rootes, Emelia Hurle, Anna Lamey, Hugo McCormick, Savannah Ware, Maggie Adams, Jaylah Copeland, Kate Hall, Cameron Smith, Chevy Thorburn, Riley Walker, Lily Key and Abbey Grantham.

St Philomena's All Star Champion House

Last term a huge amount of students were awarded a St Philomena’s All Stars point for:

• working well towards learning goals.
• consistent good behaviour.
• excellence in a work task.
• achieving a goal.
• acts of kindness.
• and many other behaviours that help to create a positive environment at St Philomena’s.

The St Philomena’s All Star points have been tallied for Term 3 and the winning House by 13 points is…

SAVIO!

The final results were:

1. Savio = 528
2. McAuley = 515
3. Mercy = 402
4. Goretti = 374

Savio celebrated their success with a House Point Party today. Savio students came in free dress and the House Captains ran a disco in the Hall during the second half of lunch.
