Here's how you can help:

Volunteer your time on the day - Register using this link. This is our preferred way for you to let us know you can help. The registration page lists all stalls and you can select times. If you have young children you can have them on the stall with you (with the exception of the BBQ and Bar).
Some of the areas we need volunteers are:
- BBQ (taking money, serving & cooking)
- Bar - if you have an RSA certificate please sign up!
- Cafe (serving tea & coffee & selling cakes)
- Plant stall
- Lucky Bottles
- Welcome Tent/HQ (distributing ride bracelets, selling ride tickets, raffle tickets)
- Disco
- Set up on day before or before 11am on the day
- and more....
donate to the Treasure stall - Register your items using the link or bring them to the office
donate Plants and Pots - All donations of succulent cuttings or potted plants will be gratefully received at the office. If you have large plants then register them using the link.
donate books - at the office
make and bottle sauces and jams. Can you let us know if you are doing this by clicking the donate link on the MPS website.

This event only happens every 2 years and is our major source of fundraising to buy much needed equipment and resources for our MPS kids.
