Living with Strength and Kindliness

Our Year 9 students had the opportunity to participate in the Sandhurst Youth Ministry Ablaze event at the Ulumburra Theatre in Bendigo, on Tuesday.

The day was dedicated to the students' annual Retreat experience.

Organised and led by Sandhurst Youth Ministry, the experience was 'Ablaze' with live music, singing, a guest speaker and prayer.

We travelled by bus to the event and enjoyed a late lunch back at school before taking some time in quiet reflection to focus on what the experience of the day had given us all.

The theme for the Ablaze event was to 'Share the Good News'. It was certainly an experience where we had the chance to step out of our normal day's activity and take part in an enlivening concert that was successful in moving our spirits.
