We have had another energising three weeks here at  Windang Public School. 

Staff Update

I would like to welcome Ms Stewart to Windang PS. Ms Stewart is an experienced teacher with extensive relieving Assistant Principal knowledge and skills. Ms Stewart will be an asset to our teaching team as she brings a wealth of experiences from a variety of school settings.  This term Ms Stewart will relieve for Miss Ferguson and Mrs D while they take some leave and will work closely with Mrs Watt in preparation for Term 4. Ms Stewart is looking forward to teaching 2/3 Warthogs while Mrs Watt is on maternity leave. 

Southern Stars - It's SHOW Week!

P&C Pie Drive

Thank you to all the families that supported the P&C Pie Drive this year. Once again, another mammoth effort by our dedicated and committed P&C members who continue to relentlessly initiate and organise various fundraising events along with activities throughout the year that are enjoyed by students and families.  Can I encourage all families to continue to support our P&C as all funds raised and all activities offered are for all our students. 

Kindergarten Enrolments 2023

If you are yet to enrol your child, or know of friends or neighbours who live in Windang and are wanting to enrol their child at Windang PS, please remind them they need to do this as soon as possible. The school's Kindy 0 team have started preparations for various orientation events, thus we don't want any families missing these opportunities. 

Windang Playgroup 0-5

Our first Windang PS 0-5 Playgroup was fantastic last week! Come along next week - it’s an amazing opportunity to have your child make friends, enjoy our playgrounds, and for parents and carers to have a good chat too! We love our school and our community!

Windang PS 80th Anniversary Celebrations

Save the Date - Friday 4 November

Family and friends of Windang PS are kindly invited to our school's 80th Celebration Assembly. 

Celebrations will continue throughout the day and will conclude with a cocktail party at Club Windang. 

The cocktail party will be a ticketed event for adults only. Past and present staff, students and families are invited to attend. Tickets are priced at $50.00 per person and will include entry, entertainment, grazing platters and buffet food. Drinks can be purchased at the bar.
