Congratulations Quinn & Scarlett

On Monday evening, Quinn and Scarlett participated in the Buninyong Lions Club Public Speaking Competition. Both girls spoke beautifully with Quinn receiving an award as the winner on the night. Congratulations to you both.

Gr 6 Camp

The Gr 6’s had an amazing time in Melbourne last week as part of the Urban Camp. They visited various sight such as the MCG, Old Melbourne Gaol, Eureka Skydeck, enjoyed a river cruise and much more. Special thanks to the Grade 6 teachers at the Buninyong campus for organising and facilitating such a wonderful experience for the students.

Well Done Gr 5’s

With our Grade 6’s away on camp, our Grade 5’s stepped up to lead our assembly on Monday. They all did a wonderful job.

Congratulations Mercury

On Monday at Assembly, Mercury Wilson was presented with his pen licence. Well done Mercury, keep up the great work.

Regional Athletics

Congratulations to Lily & Scarlett who participated in the Regional Athletics competition last week. They both ran extremely well and were very proud of their efforts. Lily competed in the hurdles and relay whilst Scarlett ran in the 1500m. Well done girls.

King of the Mountain JUNIOR Challenge

A great opportunity is available to all students who would like to run in the King of the Mountain JUNIOR Challenge on Saturday October 27th. An information flyer and registration form has been sent home this week with all students. Further details can be found towards the back on this newsletter.

New Chooks

Thanks to Jo Klein and her success in entering us into a competition, we now have 2 new chooks in our chook shed. They soon grow and be providing us with numerous eggs! Thanks Jo.

Pre-Schooler Program

The first of 4 pre-schooler days was a great success last Wednesday. Miss Wood provided the students with lots of fun experiences, and our current students also made them feel very welcome. We look forward to them returning again on Wednesday.
