Year 9 Students

2017 Information Night Thursday March 9th, 7:30pm

We are once again working with the Victorian Department of Education to offer the Victorian Young Leaders to China program.

This program is a world-class, six-week in-country immersion program for Year 9 students, designed to prepare them to live and work as citizens and future leaders in an inter-connected global community.

This is a life-changing opportunity for students and teachers to live in, and attend, school in China.  Combining language and cultural learning with personal development and leadership skills, the program focuses on one of Australia's main trading partners, China.

The Department of Education financially supports this program to make it accessible to all students in the expectation that students will commit to the study of Chinese in Years 10-12.

Our students who undertook this adventure last year had an amazing time and came home with vastly improved language and leadership skills.  

We will be running an information evening for interested students and their parents on Thursday March 9th,  7:30pm in the Science and Language Centre
