School hats and Summer uniform

Reminder that all students must have a hat for this term. Any time we go outside during school time, the students must have a hat.

Please remember to name all items of your child’s uniform. It becomes near impossible to locate missing items with no name, so please help us to help you by clearly naming all clothing. We strongly suggest you have a spare hat or two for your child as they are easy to lose and can take some time to be returned to you.

Pet Visit Appointments

This term we are learning about Living Things. If you have a pet at home, we would love to see it! Please let your child's teacher know and we will be able to arrange a suitable time for a short visit (10-15 minutes)

If it is not possible to bring your pet to school, please send a photo or short video to your child's teacher and they will be able to talk about their pet in Show and Tell time."

0CW were very excited to have a visit from Lucas's rabbit, Tiny. 0NL were pleased to meet Alfie's dog, Fudge. We talked about their appearance, diet and habitat. They were then rewarded with lots of love and pats.

Year One Classes

It’s coming to that time of year where we are beginning to consider grades for 2023. As you can imagine this is a very time consuming and difficult process. We consider who the children are friends with and who they work well with. We will also ask for their input and can guarantee that each child will get one of their friends in their grade next year. If you have any educational related requests for where your child is placed next year, please email Nikki Lewis or your classroom teacher. We will not take into consideration parent requests based purely on friendships. Please refer to the email sent from the Principals earlier in the week for more information.

Living Things Dioramas

Last week the Foundation students met with their Year Six Buddies where they teamed up to create some amazing animal habitat dioramas. We had so much fun and the dioramas looked incredible!
