OSHC and upcoming curriculum day

Well it's been an eventful few weeks , we had vacation care where the children had a "Paint and sip" day with Clare from after school art classes,( we drank cordial!)
We also went to an Aircraft museum, had a visit from our local Bunnings community officer and became Ninja's for a day. We had a garden picnic and wished on a well.
We also had some good news , on the last day of Vacation care we had the department Assessment and Rating officer visit our Haunted House day to assess our service and we are proud to say , after a long two weeks of waiting we received an overall "Exceeding" rating in all seven Quality areas. We are in the top 16% of services in Australia!
On a sad note we lost all of our chickens over last weekend they were a funny bunch all having different personalities and they loved being picked up and spoilt by the children of OSHC and children in the school yard. The children have discussed and asked if we can get some rescue chickens next time, We are happy to look into this and will keep you updated. Here are some photo's from Vacation care and the last photo of some of our chickens "Crunchy and Dopey "
Don't forget the Curriculum day on 31st October forms are on the school website.
